The one side angle shot following Rick all the way down was the only angle they needed. Rick stands out against the sky. The huge pause as he falls is epic. The Union Jack .......Forget it. This is one of the greatest stunts ever done. It is still wow today.

Way too much rear screen projection shots in this chase they destroy the illusion of it.

I use to work at Pinewood Studios and worked on the Bond movie Octopussy. The film sets were always lavish. You had to be one of the lucky ones to go on location.
